Service Type

Tailored Transportation Services provides private, pre-arranged, non-emergency transportation services only. We are not a taxi, limousine, or rideshare company. All services require advance booking, review, and confirmation.

Booking & Payment

All transportation services require full prepayment to confirm a booking. Quotes are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated. No services will be rendered without confirmed payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit at the company’s discretion.

Cancellations within 24 hours of service, late cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable.

Specialty & Secure Transportation

Specialty, confidential, secure, or executive transportation services require manual approval and are subject to availability. Tailored Transportation Services reserves the right to decline service requests that fall outside non-emergency transportation scope.

Non-Medical Disclaimer

Tailored Transportation Services does not provide medical care, nursing, custodial care, or emergency services. Clients are responsible for ensuring passengers are appropriate for non-emergency transportation.

Passenger Conduct & Safety

Passengers must comply with driver instructions related to safety and lawful operation of the vehicle. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in service termination without refund.

Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Reasonable accommodations will be made when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the transportation service. Tailored Transportation Services is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Confidential transportation services are handled on a need-to-know basis. Details regarding routes, locations, or personnel may be restricted for safety reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
